I'm not sure what kind of tree this is - but it's one of my favorites to see each spring. My niece, Samantha, calls them "popcorn trees" because they look like they are made of popcorn. . . so, of course, that is what I call them now, too.

NOT SURE, BUT PROBABLY A BRAFORD PEAR TREE. BUT HEY, POPCORN TREE SOUNDS GREAT! NOT LIKE IT WILL HAVE PEARS OR POPCORN!
