While sitting in church today, I looked down and saw this. . .
WHAT A MESS!!
It never fails. I'll clean my purse out and by the next day - it looks like this again!
I don't even know what is buried under this top layer!!
It's no wonder I have to dig for 5 mins to find something in here!!
Can you tell what my favorite color is?!?!

Jackson tried to teach me how to play chess today. . . but I don't think I'm smart enough to play! I can't keep the names of the pieces straight. . . much less how they can move!
"King can move however he wants. . . only in same direction."
"The something can move only diagonally."
"The horse-head thingy has to move in an L-shape."
Yeah. . . it's checkers, dominoes or backgammon for me!!!

I know I've been doing lots of sky pics lately. . . but I love the sky and the clouds. I love it when the clouds are so big and fluffy! They were everywhere today. . . I wish I had time to just lay in the field (okay, in the back of a truck in the field so the ants don't get me) and watch them float by.Thankfully it didn't rain today!

I'm sitting at the comptuer today editing pics and listening to this cd.
My favorite is Josh Kelly singing "Crazy Little Thing Called Love."

We went to a Travelers' game tonight. At the start of the game, a team of Little Leaguers took the field with the Travelers. I thought that was such a cool thing for them to get to do. After they left the field, the little team happened to be sitting in front of us. It was cool to hear them talk about where they were on the field and how many players had signed their baseballs.

This was my first time to go to the new stadium. It's really a nice place!

The sky has been so beautiful lately. I LOVE to watch the clouds and the past few weeks have been great for doing that! We were invited to a fish fry at the lake and when we left our house it was raining. On down the road about a mile - it was dry as could be. Then before getting back to town we were driving through the rain again. I was hoping that the rain would stay away from the lake. . .
but it didn't!! THIS is how you cook fish in the rain!! I sure appreciate the trouble the cooks went through to get this meal ready!! It was some of the best fish I've ever had!! There were TWELVE people piled in the camper eating fish!! What a great memory!! I'll always smile when I remember this day!
